Jason is ONE! :)

I can hardly believe that almost ONE year ago I photographed this cutie as a newborn! Now Jason is almost One, running around, playing and still just as happy as ever! We had a great day getting into anything and everything at the park for his first birthday photos!

Life Long Friends..

I met Sarah & Tommy June 2008.. Three years ago, almost to the day! In the past three years I've photographed their Engagement, Wedding & Christmas Photos! Along with Sarah's Maternity Series, and now a month-by-month of little Trevor growing up, I have had the honor of helping them preserve these memories for a lifetime.. From the engagement session I knew they would become friends, and I couldn't be more happy to say that we text weekly and keep tabs on each other :) Sarah has helped me not only with photography and ideas from the clients perspective, and helping me realize all that I'm worth, but also with life lessons, like wedding planning and shopping! :) I am beyond thrilled to call her a friend.

Today is all about their family.. Little Trevor is already 6 months old.. I can hardly believe it! And a few weeks ago we went down to the very place that they became husband and wife to get some cool family shots! Enjoy!

This many....

How many? ... This is the question I badgered little Ashton with a few weeks ago. I love props.. but I'm seriously not into big gaudy props.. I like fun little things. I like to keep things as natural as possible... We all know how a Three Year old works... My way or the highway! So with Ashton.. and nearly all little tots I chase them around and ask them a ZILLION questions so they laugh with me, and get a little more comfortable. This day was no exception!

Our exploration started a little something like this, at the tire park:

 And.. Boys will be Boys!

 But he really does love his picture taken!

 Then we ventured down to the water...

 "Can I get in...?"

 And over to see if they had any ice cream... sadly, they were closed :(

All in a days work...
